Who processes your data

What information we use and why

We use your name, company, email, optional phone number, industry and message to respond to your inquiry and prepare a demo related to the process you describe. Do not include customer data, case files or sensitive information. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Basis for processing

By ticking the box and submitting the form, you agree to us processing the information provided to handle your request. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

Submission channel and providers

The request is stored in the site's database, hosted on Cloudflare, for SumoPPM to review. We also store the date, your consent and the version of the privacy information. If email alerts are enabled, a notification will be sent via Gmail to junior.perassoli@sumoppm.com. Storage works independently of these alerts. These services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, subject to applicable safeguards. The product's private AI options do not describe how this contact form is processed.

Retention and rights

We will use the data for as long as needed to handle your request and follow-up, and for periods required by applicable obligations. Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, or withdraw consent, by contacting contact@sumoppm.com.
